I reached out to Far Superior Builders to have a veranda built over my patio that attached to the house. Joseph gave me honest opinions and suggestions due to the design of the roof of my house (vaulted ceilings and solar panels) that made having a wood structured veranda, not ideal due to height/weight distribution issues. Joseph suggested an aluminum awning would work great, be more cost effective and it would still be solid and sturdy. I went ahead and had the aluminum awning installed over my patio and I couldn’t be more pleased. The guys were courteous, they worked hard and did a great job. The awning is solid and sturdy and looks fantastic! The temperature difference on the patio is very noticeable! I’m very happy with the result and I would highly recommend contacting Far Superior Builders for your next project.

Best service ever! 02/09/2024, after a water pipe broke in the vaulted living room ceiling of a rental home i own. A renovation company removed all the wet drywall and insulation and carpet pad then dried the room out. I met joseph knepper owner of far superior builders at the house monday 02/05/2024, after viewing the damage joseph said he would have his team of men there tuesday ( the next day) they we’re there at 7:00 am. Each day the team of men were there ready and equipped to insulate, drywall, tape, mud, texture, primer, paint, replace carpet pad, install carpet and shampoo the carpet. When the job was done and joseph moved my tenants furniture back in by noon friday 02/09/2024. Done in less than 4 days. And it looked great, tenant and owner extremely happy!
