Founder
Joseph grew up in Maple Valley, Washington and moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1993. He has had a long-standing career in construction with over 25 years’ experience. Joseph also enjoyed working for the forest service as a wildland fire fighter for five (5) years before going into business for himself.
In his free time, Joseph enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and NASCAR.

Carey was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona.
She oversees all the administrative business operations, marketing, and accounting for Far Superior. Carey attended NAU for Accounting/Business Administration and received her accounting certification from NAIT.
Her spare time is spent with her family.
George Ayala

George is from Phoenix, AZ, and brings 15+ years of experience to the business. His duties with Far Superior play a direct role in the day-to-day operations of several worksites. He ensures that the work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
When George is not working, he loves to restore antique furniture and spend time with wife and family.
